- Pitching – commanding the strike zone, first pitch strikes, controlling the run game, build arm strength and the proper mechanics to be able to repeat your delivery which will take stress off the elbow and shoulder.
- Catching – Learn how to properly receive, block, and throw the baseball. Being in the proper position to back up bases, and most importantly becoming the eyes and ears on the field.

- Mental Toughness – We will teach every kid how important the mental side of baseball is and the correct way to prepare for anything the game throws at you, whether it’s preparing for a tryout, a practice, or a game.
A very important part of the game is the ability to slow things down during stressful times. As a player, every year you move up to the next level the game speeds up. We will teach you ways to slow down the game and be in the moment. To learn from your mistakes and have fun!By the numbers

I will do everything in my power to get your son on his respective High School team. All we ask for is 100% effort, the willingness to learn, and most of all, to have fun! This program was designed by myself, Henry Wrigley, and staff who have a combined 20+ years of professional baseball experience.
